Project Management for Museum Professionals
Register to attend this 1 ½-day workshop especially designed for museum professionals. Topics will include project goals, scheduling, teams, and finances. The workshop will include individual and group exercises, such as small group discussion topics, schedule development, issues/solutions, etc. Attendees will receive takeaway tools/templates, such as meeting agendas, meeting notes, organization charts, status report, and sample schedules. Registration is free and open to staff from NM ISE Net organizations. Travel and lodging costs will be covered by NM ISE Net. Please limit registration to 3 people per organization; additional registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
